Sustainable and responsible investment expert

Biography

Victor is a Responsible Investment Expert at the Dutch Central Bank (DNB). In this role, he is responsible for the integration of sustainability into the bank’s own-account portfolios. He is an active participant in various Eurosystem and NGFS working groups, contributing to the incorporation of climate-related considerations in investment strategies. Recently, Victor has focused on nature-related issues, co-leading the first pilot of the TNFD framework conducted by a central bank. Additionally, he serves as chair of the NGFS working group on integrating nature into central banks’ sustainable and responsible investment practices.
