Biography

Jelena Janković is Director of the Financial and Banking Operations at the Central Bank of Montenegro, with nearly two decades of experience in central banking, risk management, and foreign reserves management. She holds an MSc in Finance and Banking and is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM), with expertise in investment strategy, regulatory reform, and monetary policy implementation.
