Biography

Ms. Shriyanka Hore is part of Swift’s senior leadership team and a Managing Director within Swift’s Corporate Office. As Swift’s Global Head of Industry Engagement, Shriyanka is responsible for shaping and driving course on strategic industry initiatives and goals. Her team of industry experts lead the work on policymaker engagement, research-led market evolution across sectors working alongside practitioners, policymakers and industry executives spanning payments, trade, capital markets, sustainability and digital ecosystems. Between 2021-2024, Ms. Hore led Swift's Market Infrastructure business that serves over 253+ market infrastructures across payments, securities and FX and led the work on ISO20022 adoption and implementation by market infrastructures. As Swift’s role continues to evolve to serve digital inclusive economies of the future, Ms. Hore works alongside a diverse spectrum of senior industry leaders from across the public and private sector towards enabling collaborative innovation and progress on adoption of technology such as tokenization, AI and quantum and exploring new possibilities that can only scale through collaboration frameworks involving legislation , policy & regulation , market practice and capital. Prior to Swift, Ms. Hore led Oracle’s global product strategy for payments and served IBM in India and South Asia as Chief Technical Architect for Financial Services and before that spent over 13 years implemented payments transformation in leading Tier 1 banks and modernizing bank operations in Tier 2-3 banks globally. She also serves on the board of Swift India - a public-private joint venture and holds other board level positions within the industry.
